Sottovuoto was born in a time of quarantine where we should be isolated. Sottovuoto can be defined as many things: an art exhibition, an online residency, a project, and so on. But forgetting about labels, we are a response to this environment. We are a space that believes that art unites us regardless of our territories. The right question is: what are we interested in? We are interested in the process; we are interested in how.
